Cosme gave us the opportunity to partner with world-renowned chef Enrique Olvera on his first U.S. restaurant, transforming a former Flatiron nightclub into an open, elegant dining experience. Existing infrastructure helped establish a kitchen capable of supporting Olvera’s ambitious menu, while the overall design was guided by the atmosphere he envisioned — warm, inviting, and seamlessly connected throughout.

A carefully positioned bar creates a welcoming entry and preserves views into the main dining room, with flexible zones for mingling and casual dining. Custom clamp lighting, refined furnishings, and discreetly integrated service stations support both intimacy and impeccable operations. The result is a space that balances vibrancy and calm — and has earned Cosme its place among New York’s top restaurants.
